Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapist will be able to assess any pre-existing injuries you may have and provide you with a detailed rehabilitation and self management plan. They are also equipped to assess any biomechanical and/or postural related issues and also provide you with a treatment plan to reduce your risk of injury. Your wellness journey will begin with a FREE Health Assessment with our physiotherapist where they will discuss with you the best pathway for you to achieve all your health goals.


Nutrition
Our nutritionist will work with our physiotherapist to provide you with the most holistic health plan. (Coming soon!)
Group classes
We love to help YOU help yourself. Through our group classes we teach you the right movement to perform and even the right meals to prepare. Whether your goal is fitness or rehabilitation, we have a class that suit your needs. All performed in an intimate setting, with a qualified physiotherapist and nutritionist, you will be in a clinically and socially supportive environment. (Please note: a FREE initial health assessment is required with a physiotherapist to ensure a tailored program is provided for you).


Clinical Pilates
A method of exercise which aims to create bodily balance, core strength and flexibility. Clinical Pilates can be catered to all individuals to assist them in fitness and/or rehabilitation from an injury. It integrates whole body movement, postural alignment, breathing control, coordination and spinal stability. This class incorporates the use of the Clinical Pilates Allegro 2 reformers, pilates balls, foam rollers and free weights and is run by qualified Clinical Pilates Physiotherapists.
Strength and Conditioning
A small group (maximum 6 people) circuit based training class utilising free weights (dumbbell, barbell), cables and body weight aimed at improving muscular tone and overall physical strength.

Healthy meal preparation
Our nutritionist takes you through how to prepare your healthy meals for the week ahead and how to make the right food choices for yourself and your family. (Coming soon!)
